These may not be posted on Klamath Deals from a personal account (from the Klamath Deals terms):
- Anything illegal, unsafe, recalled or stolen.
- Weapons, firearms, ammunition and accessories (except verified licensed dealers in the Dealer Directory).
- Alcohol, tobacco, cannabis or prescription drugs.
- Live animals for sale. Lost and found pets, and rehoming through a shelter or rescue, are welcome.
- Adult content.
- Job offers, rentals, real estate or business services, unless they come from an approved Business account.
- Chain letters, pyramid or "work from home" schemes.
- Political or campaign content.
- Anything that harasses, discriminates or shares someone else's private information.
- Links to outside sales sites, and photos you did not take.
Approved businesses. Some regulated listings are open only to paid Business accounts that we have checked.
- Real estate and rentals: licensed Oregon real estate brokers and property managers, and owners and landlords with a Business listing. Every ad must follow the federal Fair Housing Act and Oregon law. An ad may not state a preference or limit based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, marital status, families with children, disability or source of income, including housing vouchers. Ads that do are removed.
- Jobs: job openings from paid Business accounts that we have checked. A job post may not state a preference or limit based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, marital status, age or disability. No multi-level marketing, commission-only or "earn money from home" recruiting, and no fee to apply. Job posts run for 30 days.
We may decline, edit or remove any post.
